I was looking for a custom piece to be made for my mother in law after the passing of my father in law. I found Nhu online got in contact with her and she walked me through everything helped me choose the proper sizing of gemstones for the pendant, put together a few photos of option of different gemstones etc…..Once my husband and I made a decision on order of the stones she went to work, she finished before she said should and came met me in person to hand deliver. I am biased with the label of "Perfect" considering it is named after me. I am in absolute love with the ring. It shines so well and the dainty shape makes my hand feel and look so feminine. The side profile of the ring represents a flower blooming (because I love plants and florals). Nhu worked closely with my spouse to design this ring and he has told me that she was extremely responsive and thorough. Nhu is very knowledgeable and has plenty of resources to showcase what the final design would look like.
The ring itself is amazing. It is high setting and you would think that because of that, it is prone to being mis-shappened but Nhu has made it extremely durable. I am am a very clumsy person and have knocked my ring into several things and the ring has not lost its shape. I've seen my friends have their engagement rings (from big box brands) easily lose its shape and stones but I have never had an issue.
For an affordable engagement ring I 100% reccomend Nhu for the quality and beauty of her work.
Nhu is thorough and puts a ton of love into her work! She helped me decide what would look best and sent photos of what each design would look like put together. I requested a bit last minute to have 6 necklaces done and she was able to finish them in less than 10 days. She even helped me gift wrap everything! When I gave the necklaces to my girls I made a few of them tear up and I am just so grateful for the service I got from Nhu.

I wanted something to wear to commemorate my daughter's birth when I go back to work after my mat leave. Nhu was very patient and informative from the start - sending me videos and photos so I could visually compare the gemstones' colours and sizes to build my own necklace.
The necklace is beautiful and I know there was so much care and attention that went into creating it. Not only was it beautifully made, it meant even more that she had it completed and even hand delivered it on my daughter's first birthday, making it even more sentimental.
