Nhu is a fantastic jeweler and this custom necklace came out so well. I get so many compliments when I wear this piece and it absolutely blows peoples' minds when I show them how it holds the ring. I use it constantly - from the gym, to work, and at home it's so convenient to just pop my ring onto for safekeeping. Working with Nhu was wonderful and she is lightning fast to reply to messages. From emailing her with the bare bones of an idea to her presenting a final concept (which I loved) was a total of two days. It looks great solo or with the ring on and I couldn't have asked for anything better!

Nhu’s customer service and metal smithing are top-tier. As someone who has social anxiety and is also very picky, I knew what I wanted in terms of colour but had difficulty articulating it. Nhu was so patient and reassuring and made me feel very comfortable and eventually we found exactly what colour gems I had been looking for. She asked me questions when needing clarification, and gave suggestions when I was indecisive. The ear chains are exactly what I wanted, and the necklace is the most beautiful piece of jewelry I own. If I ever have kids, this necklace will be a freakin’ heirloom!
Nhu is so thorough and amazing. My husband designed our rings and she did an amazing job executing his vision. His floating stones match my engagement ring so well. It's very durable and stands out. We get compliments on our rings all the time and especially on his band!!

The gem I selected shines so brightly in this ring. The setting is smooth, well polished, perfectly sized, and very comfortable to wear. The prongs haven’t caught on my sleeves or threads, and it was delivered in a beautiful ring box and even a care kit for the silver!
