Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping applied to all orders above $1500 CAD within Canada and the USA.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location. 

Canadian taxes are calculated at checkout.

For international order, customers are responsible for duties and taxes upon receiving package. 

For ring bands, current make time is 4 weeks. For gemstone jewelry, current make time is 8-10 weeks. The make time does not include shipping time. 

Loose gemstones are ready to ship in 2-3 business days.
